!.The buyer accepts the responsibilty for caring for this kitten/cat and providing for it's welfare. Buyer agree's that this cat/kitten will receive prompt medical care.

2. Buyer agree's that this cat/kitten will be kept indoors.

3. Buryer agree's that this kitten cat/kitten will never be sold, leased, or given to any pet shelter or research lab. If the buyer cannot keep Cat/Kitten, buyer will contact the seller and the seller will take back at no cost to the seller.

4. The buyer agree's to have said cat/kitten Altered or spayed prior to 8 months of age. If no proof is received by 1 year of age your pet will be considered a Breeder and you will be Charged an additional $1200.00 for that right.

5. This cat/kitten is Feline Luekemia/Aids negative. Has had it's first shot been wormed and has had revolution started for flea control.

6. It is recommended That your new cat/kitten be placed is a quiet room to become adjusted to it's new surroundings. They are fed friskies wet and dry food. I also use walmart brand unscented scoopable cat litter.

7.Animals become stressed during travel and new situtions. They may get wattery eyes, diahrea from change of water and sneeze. They may also get a URI from change of tempiture.

8. Kitten will be accepted by breeder with a full refund of purchase price or another kitten if returned within 10 days of date of purchase with a Vet certifacate that this kitten has a life threatening illiness. 10 days is a reasonable amout of time to observe the health personality of said kitten. It is up to the buyer to take kitten to vet of your choice.

9. It is not recomended by the CFA or T.I.C.A. or myself that the cat/kitten be declawed. This is a form of mutalation and may alter your cat/ kittens personality. or cause an infection and will VOID THIS CONTRACT.

10.You will receive a copy of the NYS Lemon Law for pets. A Vet Certifacate for a vet to fill out to return to me if cat/kitten has a genetic life threatenting illness.

11. The buyer agree's to all shipping charges if cat/kitten is to be shipped. Buyer will understand that the cat/kitten may become ill during a long flight or layovers. As well as differnt people handling them.

12. Kittens require normal vet fee's including shots, worming, stool sample and various tests your vet may want to run. . It is the buyer's responsibility to pay these fee's.

Buyer's signature indicates that he/she that has reviewed and discussed contract with breeder prior to recieving said cat/kitten and is in full agreement and approval of the above terms and conditions.
